Our homes are located in what we call, nice owner occupied neighborhoods, which means that the majority of your neighbors are homeowners, thus we feel that we have a better maintained houses on the block. We seek locations in blocks that show pride of ownership.

As a rental housing manager , we ask the property owners also maintain the same level of quality in houses and upkeep that we do in our own homes. We make sure that they are financially able to sustain and maintain this level of quality, which we require.
