If you can not find us at home … we have built a lock box (night depository) for your convenience it is located on the north side of our front porch … in the driveway area. It is black and about knee high to most adults. I have placed a motion light aimed at this box. We generally have our porch lights on but in case we don't you will not have to transact business in the dark. You can come at any respectable hour and the light will come on and you can leave your rent.

The lock box is separated into 2 sides one is for the lock box itself and the other side is for supplies envelopes note pad and pens for your convenience. If you use cash please place it in an envelope and put your address on it so I can get it properly credited. If you leave cash I will mail you a receipt. At least for now I am working on a numbered receipt/deposit ticket. With a tab that you can separate and drop the deposit tickets in the envelope with the rent, and take the receipt with you.
